Biography: Got last ticket on 1974; setup: HF Yaesu FT767GX 100w on 10-80M feeding by wire abt 60 ft from the 4 stories bulding, attach to a tree with slooping position.  Was for 6 years president of RAQI Association; in charge for region 04 for Civil Protection (communications); now for CFARS in the region 04. For 15 years got retail drug store, helping local hospital; sold out the pharmacy and bulding; for the 20 following years was in charge of the department of pharmacy.
