Biography: October
4, 1950, I was born in a small north-central Mississippi (USA) town.
In June 1975, the University of Mississippi awarded me my B.S. in
Pharmacy and I have been a practicing pharmacist ever since.
In 1992 my family and I moved to Western Kentucky, where we still
reside. The pharmacy director at the hospital where I work was
an enthusiastic ham, and in 1993, with his encouragement and
coaching, I passed my exam and was licensed KE4AZR. In 2000 I
got my Extra class license and changed my call to N5XV. My
wife, Naomi, KE4ZKH enjoys the hobby, too. My children are
both hams: Julie, KG4JBQ, and James, KG4JKQ. |
